Deuteronômio 31:3-6 (NVI)

3 Pues ha ordenado que sea Josué quien lo cruce al frente de ustedes. El Señor su Dios marchará al frente de ustedes para destruir a todas las naciones que encuentren a su paso y ustedes se apoderarán de su territorio.

4 El Señor las arrasará como arrasó a Sijón y a Og, los reyes de los amorreos, junto con sus países.

5 Cuando el Señor los entregue en sus manos, ustedes los tratarán según mis órdenes.

6 Sean fuertes y valientes. No teman ni se asusten ante esas naciones, pues el Señor su Dios siempre los acompañará; nunca los dejará ni los abandonará.

Deuteronomy 31:3-6 (NKJV)

3 The Lord your God Himself crosses over before you; He will destroy these nations from before you, and you shall dispossess them. Joshua himself crosses over before you, just as the Lord has said.

4 And the Lord will do to them as He did to Sihon and Og, the kings of the Amorites and their land, when He destroyed them.

5 The Lord will give them over to you, that you may do to them according to every commandment which I have commanded you.

6 Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.

Salmo 95:1-7 (NVI)

1 Venid, cantemos con júbilo al Señor; aclamemos a la roca de nuestra salvación.
2 Lleguemos ante él con acción de gracias, aclamémoslo con cánticos.
3 Porque el Señor es el gran Dios, el gran Rey sobre todos los dioses.
4 En sus manos están los abismos de la tierra; suyas son las cumbres de los montes.
5 Suyo es el mar, porque él lo hizo; con sus manos formó la tierra firme.
6 Venid, postrémonos reverentes, doblemos la rodilla ante el Señor nuestro Hacedor.
7 Porque él es nuestro Dios y nosotros somos el pueblo de su prado; ¡somos un rebaño bajo su cuidado!

Psalms 95:1-7 (NKJV)

1 Oh come, let us sing to the Lord! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation.
2 Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.
3 For the Lord is the great God, And the great King above all gods.
4 In His hand are the deep places of the earth; The heights of the hills are His also.
5 The sea is His, for He made it; And His hands formed the dry land.
6 Oh come, let us worship and bow down; Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.
7 For He is our God, And we are the people of His pasture, And the sheep of His hand.

Juan 8:1-12 (NVI)

1 Pero Jesús se fue al monte de los Olivos.
2 Al amanecer se presentó de nuevo en el templo. Toda la gente se le acercó, y él se sentó a enseñarles.
3 Los maestros de la ley y los fariseos llevaron entonces a una mujer sorprendida en adulterio y, poniéndola en medio del grupo,
4 dijeron a Jesús:
―Maestro, a esta mujer se le ha sorprendido en el acto mismo de adulterio.
5 En la ley Moisés nos ordenó apedrear a tales mujeres. ¿Tú qué dices?
6 Con esta pregunta le estaban tendiendo una trampa, para tener de qué acusarlo. Pero Jesús se inclinó y con el dedo comenzó a escribir en el suelo.
7 Y, como ellos lo acosaran con preguntas, Jesús se incorporó y les dijo:
―Aquel de vosotros que esté libre de pecado, que tire la primera piedra.
8 E inclinándose de nuevo, siguió escribiendo en el suelo.
9 Al oír esto, se fueron retirando uno tras otro, comenzando por los más viejos, hasta dejar a Jesús solo con la mujer, que aún seguía allí.
10 Entonces se incorporó Jesús y le preguntó:
―Mujer, ¿dónde están? ¿Ya nadie te condena?
11 ―Nadie, Señor.
―Tampoco yo te condeno. Ahora vete, y no vuelvas a pecar.
Validez del testimonio de Jesús
12 Una vez más, Jesús se dirigió a la gente, y les dijo:
―Yo soy la luz del mundo. El que me sigue no andará en tinieblas, sino que tendrá la luz de la vida.

John 8:1-12 (NKJV)

1 But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives.
2 Now early in the morning He came again into the temple, and all the people came to Him; and He sat down and taught them.
3 Then the scribes and Pharisees brought to Him a woman caught in adultery. And when they had set her in the midst,
4 they said to Him, “Teacher, this woman was caught in adultery, in the very act.
5 Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such should be stoned. But what do You say?”
6 This they said, testing Him, that they might have something of which to accuse Him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His finger, as though He did not hear.
7 So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.”
8 And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground.
9 Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
10 When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her, “Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?”
11 She said, “No one, Lord.”
And Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.”
12 Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”

Efesios 2:1-9 (NVI)

1 En otro tiempo vosotros estabais muertos en vuestras transgresiones y pecados,
2 en los cuales andabais conforme a los poderes de este mundo. Os conducíais según el que gobierna las tinieblas, según el espíritu que ahora ejerce su poder en los que viven en la desobediencia.
3 En ese tiempo también todos nosotros vivíamos como ellos, impulsados por nuestros deseos pecaminosos, siguiendo nuestra propia voluntad y nuestros propósitos. Como los demás, éramos por naturaleza objeto de la ira de Dios.
4 Pero Dios, que es rico en misericordia, por su gran amor por nosotros,
5 nos dio vida con Cristo, aun cuando estábamos muertos en pecados. ¡Por gracia habéis sido salvados!
6 Y en unión con Cristo Jesús, Dios nos resucitó y nos hizo sentar con él en las regiones celestiales,
7 para mostrar en los tiempos venideros la incomparable riqueza de su gracia, que por su bondad derramó sobre nosotros en Cristo Jesús.
8 Porque por gracia habéis sido salvados mediante la fe; esto no procede de vosotros, sino que es el regalo de Dios,
9 no por obras, para que nadie se jacte.

Ephesians 2:1-9 (NKJV)

1 And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins,
2 in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience,
3 among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,
5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),
6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,
7 that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,
9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.

1 Pedro 1:3-9 (NVI)

3 ¡Alabado sea Dios, Padre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo! Por su gran misericordia, nos ha hecho nacer de nuevo mediante la resurrección de Jesucristo, para que tengamos una esperanza viva
4 y recibamos una herencia indestructible, incontaminada e inmarchitable. Tal herencia está reservada en el cielo para vosotros,
5 a quienes el poder de Dios protege mediante la fe hasta que llegue la salvación que se ha de revelar en los últimos tiempos.
6 Esto es para vosotros motivo de gran alegría, a pesar de que hasta ahora habéis tenido que sufrir diversas pruebas por un tiempo.
7 El oro, aunque perecedero, se acrisola al fuego. Así también vuestra fe, que vale mucho más que el oro, al ser acrisolada por las pruebas demostrará que es digna de aprobación, gloria y honor cuando Jesucristo se revele.
8 Vosotros le amáis a pesar de no haberle visto; y, aunque no le veis ahora, creéis en él y os alegráis con un gozo indescriptible y glorioso,
9 pues estáis obteniendo la meta de vuestra fe, que es vuestra salvación.

1 Peter 1:3-9 (NKJV)

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
4 to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you,
5 who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
6 In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials,
7 that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ,
8 whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory,
9 receiving the end of your faith—the salvation of your souls.
