Hebreos 4:14-16 (NVI)  
14 Por lo tanto, ya que en Jesús, el Hijo de Dios, tenemos un gran sumo sacerdote que ha atravesado los cielos, aferrémonos a la fe que profesamos. 
15 Porque no tenemos un sumo sacerdote incapaz de compadecerse de nuestras debilidades, sino uno que ha sido tentado en todo de la misma manera que nosotros, aunque sin pecado. 
16 Así que acerquémonos confiadamente al trono de la gracia para recibir misericordia y hallar la gracia que nos ayude en el momento que más la necesitemos.

Hebrews 4:14-16 (NKJV) 
14 Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.
15 For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.
16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

Salmo 61:1-8 (NVI) 
1 Oh Dios, escucha mi clamor y atiende a mi oración. 
2 Desde los confines de la tierra te invoco, pues mi corazón desfallece; llévame a una roca donde esté yo a salvo. 
3 Porque tú eres mi refugio, mi baluarte contra el enemigo. 
4 Anhelo habitar en tu casa para siempre y refugiarme debajo de tus alas. Selah 
5 Tú, oh Dios, has aceptado mis votos y me has dado la heredad de quienes te honran. 
6 Concédele al rey más años de vida; que sean sus días una eternidad. 
7 Que reine siempre en tu presencia, y que tu amor y tu verdad lo protejan. 
8 Así cantaré siempre salmos a tu nombre y cumpliré mis votos día tras día.

Psalms 61:1-8 (NKJV)
1 Hear my cry, O God; Attend to my prayer.
2 From the end of the earth I will cry to You, When my heart is overwhelmed; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
3 For You have been a shelter for me, A strong tower from the enemy.
4 I will abide in Your tabernacle forever; I will trust in the shelter of Your wings. Selah
5 For You, O God, have heard my vows; You have given [me] the heritage of those who fear Your name.
6 You will prolong the king’s life, His years as many generations.
7 He shall abide before God forever. Oh, prepare mercy and truth, [which] may preserve him! 
8 So I will sing praise to Your name forever, That I may daily perform my vows.

Isaías 60:1-7 (NVI)
1 ¡Levántate y resplandece, que tu luz ha llegado! ¡La gloria del Señor brilla sobre ti!
2 Mira, las tinieblas cubren la tierra, y una densa oscuridad se cierne sobre los pueblos. Pero la aurora del Señor brillará sobre ti; ¡sobre ti se manifestará su gloria!
3 Las naciones serán guiadas por tu luz, y los reyes, por tu amanecer esplendoroso.
4 Alza los ojos, mira a tu alrededor: todos se reúnen y acuden a ti. Tus hijos llegan desde lejos; a tus hijas las traen en brazos.
5 Verás esto y te pondrás radiante de alegría; vibrará tu corazón y se henchirá de gozo; porque te traerán los tesoros del mar, y te llegarán las riquezas de las naciones.
6 Te llenarás con caravanas de camellos, con dromedarios de Madián y de Efa. Vendrán todos los de Sabá, cargando oro e incienso y proclamando las alabanzas del Señor .
7 En ti se reunirán todos los rebaños de Cedar, te servirán los carneros de Nebayot; subirán como ofrendas agradables sobre mi altar, y yo embelleceré mi templo glorioso.

Isaiah 60:1-7 (NKJV)
1 Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you.
2 For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the LORD will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you.
3 The Gentiles shall come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising.
4 Lift up your eyes all around, and see: They all gather together, they come to you; Your sons shall come from afar, And your daughters shall be nursed at your side.
5 Then you shall see and become radiant, And your heart shall swell with joy; Because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, The wealth of the Gentiles shall come to you.
6 The multitude of camels shall cover your land, The dromedaries of Midian and Ephah; All those from Sheba shall come; They shall bring gold and incense, And they shall proclaim the praises of the LORD.
7 All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together to you, The rams of Nebaioth shall minister to you; They shall ascend with acceptance on My altar, And I will glorify the house of My glory.

Nahúm 1:2-7 (NVI)
2 El Señor es un Dios celoso y vengador. ¡ Señor de la venganza, Señor de la ira! El Señor se venga de sus adversarios; es implacable con sus enemigos.
3 El Señor es lento para la ira, imponente en su fuerza. El Señor no deja a nadie sin castigo. Camina en el huracán y en la tormenta; las nubes son el polvo de sus pies.
4 Increpa al mar y lo seca; hace que todos los ríos se evaporen. Los montes Basán y Carmelo pierden su lozanía; el verdor del Líbano se marchita.
5 Ante él tiemblan las montañas y se desmoronan las colinas. Ante él se agita la tierra, el mundo y cuanto en él habita.
6 ¿Quién podrá enfrentarse a su indignación? ¿Quién resistirá el ardor de su ira? Su furor se derrama como fuego; ante él se resquebrajan las rocas.
7 Bueno es el Señor ; es refugio en el día de la angustia, y protector de los que en él confían.

Nahum 1:2-7 (NKJV)
2 God is jealous, and the LORD avenges; The LORD avenges and is furious. The LORD will take vengeance on His adversaries, And He reserves wrath for His enemies;
3 The LORD is slow to anger and great in power, And will not at all acquit the wicked. The LORD has His way In the whirlwind and in the storm, And the clouds are the dust of His feet.
4 He rebukes the sea and makes it dry, And dries up all the rivers. Bashan and Carmel wither, And the flower of Lebanon wilts.
5 The mountains quake before Him, The hills melt, And the earth heaves at His presence, Yes, the world and all who dwell in it.
6 Who can stand before His indignation? And who can endure the fierceness of His anger? His fury is poured out like fire, And the rocks are thrown down by Him.
7 The LORD is good, A stronghold in the day of trouble; And He knows those who trust in Him.

Mateo 6:25-34 (NVI)
25 »Por eso os digo: No os preocupéis por vuestra vida , qué comeréis o beberéis; ni por vuestro cuerpo, cómo os vestiréis. ¿No tiene la vida más valor que la comida, y el cuerpo más que la ropa?
26 Fijaos en las aves del cielo: no siembran ni cosechan ni almacenan en graneros; sin embargo, el Padre celestial las alimenta. ¿No valéis vosotros mucho más que ellas?
27 ¿Quién de vosotros, por mucho que se preocupe, puede añadir una sola hora al curso de su vida? »
28 ¿Y por qué os preocupáis por el vestido? Observad cómo crecen los lirios del campo. No trabajan ni hilan;
29 sin embargo, os digo que ni siquiera Salomón, con todo su esplendor, se vestía como uno de ellos.
30 Si así viste Dios a la hierba que hoy está en el campo y mañana es arrojada al horno, ¿no hará mucho más por vosotros, gente de poca fe?
31 Así que no os preocupéis diciendo: “¿Qué comeremos?” o “¿Qué beberemos?” o “¿Con qué nos vestiremos?”
32 Los paganos andan tras todas estas cosas, pero el Padre celestial sabe que necesitáis de todo esto.
33 Más bien, buscad primeramente el reino de Dios y su justicia, y todas estas cosas os serán añadidas.
34 Por lo tanto, no os angustiéis por el mañana, el cual tendrá sus propios afanes. Cada día tiene ya sus problemas.
