Romanos 5:1-5 (NVI)
1 En consecuencia, ya que hemos sido justificados mediante la fe, tenemos. Var. tengamos. paz con Dios por medio de nuestro Señor Jesucristo.
2 También por medio de él, y mediante la fe, tenemos acceso a esta gracia en la cual nos mantenemos firmes. Así que nos regocijamos en la esperanza de alcanzar la gloria de Dios.
3 Y no solo en esto, sino también en nuestros sufrimientos, porque sabemos que el sufrimiento produce perseverancia; 
4 la perseverancia, entereza de carácter; la entereza de carácter, esperanza.
5 Y esta esperanza no nos defrauda, porque Dios ha derramado su amor en nuestro corazón por el Espíritu Santo que nos ha dado.

John 6:35-40 (NKJV)
35 And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.
36 But I said to you that you have seen Me and yet do not believe.
37 All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out.
38 For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.
39 This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day.
40 And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”

Salmo 59:16-17 (NVI)
16 Pero yo le cantaré a tu poder, y por la mañana alabaré tu amor; porque tú eres mi protector, mi refugio en momentos de angustia.
17 A ti, fortaleza mía, te cantaré salmos, pues tú, oh Dios, eres mi protector. ¡Tú eres el Dios que me ama!

Psalms 59:16-17 (NKJV)
16 But I will sing of Your power; Yes, I will sing aloud of Your mercy in the morning; For You have been my defense And refuge in the day of my trouble.
17 To You, O my Strength, I will sing praises; For God is my defense, My God of mercy.

Mateo 20:25-28 (NVI)
25 Jesús los llamó y les dijo: ―Como sabéis, los gobernantes de las naciones oprimen a los súbditos, y los altos oficiales abusan de su autoridad.
26 Pero entre vosotros no debe ser así. Al contrario, el que quiera hacerse grande entre vosotros deberá ser vuestro servidor,
27 y el que quiera ser el primero deberá ser esclavo de los demás;
28 así como el Hijo del hombre no vino para que le sirvan, sino para servir y para dar su vida en rescate por muchos.

Matthew 20:25-28 (NKJV)
25 But Jesus called them to Himself and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles Lord it over them, and those who are great exercise authority over them.
26 Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant.
27 And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave—
28 just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”

Gálatas 5:16-25
16 Así que os digo: Vivid por el Espíritu, y no seguiréis los deseos de la naturaleza pecaminosa .
17 Porque esta desea lo que es contrario al Espíritu, y el Espíritu desea lo que es contrario a ella. Los dos se oponen entre sí, de modo que no podéis hacer lo que quisierais.
18 Pero, si os guía el Espíritu, no estáis bajo la ley.
19 Las obras de la naturaleza pecaminosa se conocen bien: inmoralidad sexual, impureza y libertinaje;
20 idolatría y brujería; odio, discordia, celos, arrebatos de ira, rivalidades, disensiones, sectarismos
21 y envidia; borracheras, orgías, y otras cosas parecidas. Os advierto ahora, como antes lo hice, que los que practican tales cosas no heredarán el reino de Dios.
22 En cambio, el fruto del Espíritu es amor, alegría, paz, paciencia, amabilidad, bondad, fidelidad,
23 humildad y dominio propio. No hay ley que condene estas cosas.
24 Los que son de Cristo Jesús han crucificado la naturaleza pecaminosa, con sus pasiones y deseos.
25 Si el Espíritu nos da vida, andemos guiados por el Espíritu.

Galatians 5:16-25
16 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.
18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness,
20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies,
21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.
24 And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
