Isaiah 43:1-7 (NKJV)

1 But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob, and He who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine.
2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you.
3 For I am the Lord your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I gave Egypt for your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in your place.
4 Since you were precious in My sight, you have been honored, and I have loved you; Therefore I will give men for you, and people for your life.
5 Fear not, for I am with you; I will bring your descendants from the east, and gather you from the west;
6 I will say to the north, ‘Give them up!’ And to the south, ‘Do not keep them back!’ Bring My sons from afar, and My daughters from the ends of the earth—
7 Everyone who is called by My name, whom I have created for My glory; I have formed him, yes, I have made him.”

Ester 4:12-16 (NVI)

12 Cuando Mardoqueo se enteró de lo que había dicho Ester,
13 mandó a decirle: «No te imagines que por estar en la casa del rey serás la única que escape con vida de entre todos los judíos.
14 Si ahora te quedas absolutamente callada, de otra parte vendrán el alivio y la liberación para los judíos, pero tú y la familia de tu padre pereceréis. ¡Quién sabe si no has llegado al trono precisamente para un momento como este!»

15 Ester le envió a Mardoqueo esta respuesta:
16 «Ve y reúne a todos los judíos que están en Susa, para que ayunen por mí. Durante tres días no comáis ni bebáis, ni de día ni de noche. Yo, por mi parte, ayunaré con mis doncellas al igual que vosotros. Cuando cumpla con esto, me presentaré ante el rey, por más que vaya en contra de la ley. ¡Y, si perezco, que perezca!»

Esther 4:13-16 (NKJV)

13 And Mordecai told them to answer Esther: “Do not think in your heart that you will escape in the king’s palace any more than all the other Jews.
14 For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”

15 Then Esther told them to reply to Mordecai:
16 “Go, gather all the Jews who are present in Shushan, and fast for me; neither eat nor drink for three days, night or day. My maids and I will fast likewise. And so I will go to the king, which is against the law; and if I perish, I perish!”

1 Corintios 12:12-27 (NVI)

12 De hecho, aunque el cuerpo es uno solo, tiene muchos miembros, y todos los miembros, no obstante ser muchos, forman un solo cuerpo. Así sucede con Cristo.
13 Todos fuimos bautizados por un solo Espíritu para constituir un solo cuerpo —ya seamos judíos o gentiles, esclavos o libres—, y a todos se nos dio a beber de un mismo Espíritu.

14 Ahora bien, el cuerpo no consta de un solo miembro, sino de muchos.
15 Si el pie dijera: «Como no soy mano, no soy del cuerpo», no por eso dejaría de ser parte del cuerpo.
16 Y, si la oreja dijera: «Como no soy ojo, no soy del cuerpo», no por eso dejaría de ser parte del cuerpo.
17 Si todo el cuerpo fuera ojo, ¿qué sería del oído? Si todo el cuerpo fuera oído, ¿qué sería del olfato?
18 En realidad, Dios colocó cada miembro del cuerpo como mejor le pareció.
19 Si todos ellos fueran un solo miembro, ¿qué sería del cuerpo?
20 Lo cierto es que hay muchos miembros, pero el cuerpo es uno solo.

21 El ojo no puede decirle a la mano: «No te necesito». Ni puede la cabeza decir a los pies: «No os necesito».
22 Al contrario, los miembros del cuerpo que parecen más débiles son indispensables,
23 y a los que nos parecen menos honrosos los tratamos con honra especial. Y se trata con especial modestia a los miembros que nos parecen menos presentables,
24 mientras que los más presentables no requieren trato especial. Así Dios ha dispuesto los miembros de nuestro cuerpo, dando mayor honra a los que menos tenían,
25 a fin de que no haya división en el cuerpo, sino que sus miembros se preocupen por igual unos por otros.
26 Si uno de los miembros sufre, los demás comparten su sufrimiento; y, si uno de ellos recibe honor, los demás se alegran con él.

27Ahora bien, vosotros sois el cuerpo de Cristo, y cada uno es miembro de ese cuerpo.

1 Corinthians 12:12-27 (NKJV)

12 For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ.
13 For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink into one Spirit.
14 For in fact the body is not one member but many.

15 If the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I am not of the body,” is it therefore not of the body?
16 And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I am not of the body,” is it therefore not of the body?
17 If the whole body were an eye, where would be the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where would be the smelling?
18 But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased.
19 And if they were all one member, where would the body be?

20 But now indeed there are many members, yet one body.
21 And the eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you”; nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.”
22 No, much rather, those members of the body which seem to be weaker are necessary.
23 And those members of the body which we think to be less honorable, on these we bestow greater honor; and our unpresentable parts have greater modesty,
24 but our presentable parts have no need. But God composed the body, having given greater honor to that part which lacks it,
25 that there should be no schism in the body, but that the members should have the same care for one another.
26 And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it.

Mateo 18:18-20 (NVI)

18 Os aseguro que todo lo que atéis en la tierra quedará atado en el cielo, y todo lo que desatéis en la tierra quedará desatado en el cielo.
19 Además os digo que, si dos de vosotros en la tierra se ponen de acuerdo sobre cualquier cosa que pidan, les será concedida por mi Padre que está en el cielo.
20 Porque donde dos o tres se reúnen en mi nombre, allí estoy yo en medio de ellos.

18 Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
19 Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.
20 For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.

28 Ahora bien, sabemos que Dios dispone todas las cosas para el bien de quienes lo aman, los que han sido llamados de acuerdo con su propósito.
29 Porque a los que Dios conoció de antemano, también los predestinó a ser transformados según la imagen de su Hijo, para que él sea el primogénito entre muchos hermanos.
30 A los que predestinó, también los llamó; a los que llamó, también los justificó; y a los que justificó, también los glorificó.
31 ¿Qué diremos frente a esto? Si Dios está de nuestra parte, ¿quién puede estar en contra nuestra?
32 El que no escatimó ni a su propio Hijo, sino que lo entregó por todos nosotros, ¿cómo no habrá de darnos generosamente, junto con él, todas las cosas?
33 ¿Quién acusará a los que Dios ha escogido? Dios es el que justifica.
34 ¿Quién condenará? Cristo Jesús es el que murió, e incluso resucitó, y está a la derecha de Dios e intercede por nosotros.
35 ¿Quién nos apartará del amor de Cristo? ¿La tribulación, o la angustia, la persecución, el hambre, la indigencia, el peligro, o la violencia?
36 Así está escrito: «Por tu causa siempre nos llevan a la muerte; ¡nos tratan como a ovejas para el matadero!»
37 Sin embargo, en todo esto somos más que vencedores por medio de aquel que nos amó.
38 Pues estoy convencido de que ni la muerte ni la vida, ni los ángeles ni los demonios, ni lo presente ni lo por venir, ni los poderes,
39 ni lo alto ni lo profundo, ni cosa alguna en toda la creación podrá apartarnos del amor que Dios nos ha manifestado en Cristo Jesús nuestro Señor.

Lucas 9:23-16 (NVI)

23 Dirigiéndose a todos, declaró: ―Si alguien quiere ser mi discípulo, que se niegue a sí mismo, lleve su cruz cada día y me siga.
24 Porque el que quiera salvar su vida la perderá; pero el que pierda su vida por mi causa la salvará.
25 ¿De qué le sirve a uno ganar el mundo entero si se pierde o se destruye a sí mismo?
26 Si alguien se avergüenza de mí y de mis palabras, el Hijo del hombre se avergonzará de él cuando venga en su gloria y en la gloria del Padre y de los santos ángeles.

Luke 9:23-26 (NKJV)

23 Then He said to them all, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.
24 For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will save it.
25 For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and is himself destroyed or lost?
26 For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words, of him the Son of Man will be ashamed when He comes in His own glory, and in His Father’s, and of the holy angels.
