Filipenses 1:3-11 (NVI)

3 Doy gracias a mi Dios cada vez que me acuerdo de vosotros.
4 En todas mis oraciones por todos vosotros, siempre oro con alegría,
5 porque habéis participado en el evangelio desde el primer día hasta ahora.
6 Estoy convencido de esto: el que comenzó tan buena obra en vosotros la irá perfeccionando hasta el día de Cristo Jesús.
7 Es justo que yo piense así de todos vosotros porque os llevo en el corazón; pues, ya sea que me encuentre preso o defendiendo y confirmando el evangelio, todos vosotros participáis conmigo de la gracia que Dios me ha dado.
8 Dios es testigo de cuánto os quiero a todos con el entrañable amor de Cristo Jesús.
9 Esto es lo que pido en oración: que vuestro amor abunde cada vez más en conocimiento y en buen juicio,
10 para que discernáis lo que es mejor, y seáis puros e irreprochables para el día de Cristo,
11 llenos del fruto de justicia que se produce por medio de Jesucristo, para gloria y alabanza de Dios.

Philippians 1:3-11 (NKJV)

3 I thank my God in all my remembrance of you,
4 always in every prayer of mine for you all making my prayer with joy,
5 because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.
6 And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.
7 It is right for me to feel this way about you all, because I hold you in my heart, for you are all partakers with me of grace, both in my imprisonment and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel.
8 For God is my witness, how I yearn for you all with the affection of Christ Jesus.
9 And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment,
10 so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ,
11 filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

Salmos 91:1-7 (NVI)

1 El que habita al abrigo del Altísimo se acoge a la sombra del Todopoderoso.
2 Yo le digo al Señor: «Tú eres mi refugio, mi fortaleza, el Dios en quien confío».
3 Solo él puede librarte de las trampas del cazador y de mortíferas plagas,
4 pues te cubrirá con sus plumas y bajo sus alas hallarás refugio. ¡Su verdad será tu escudo y tu baluarte!
5 No temerás el terror de la noche, ni la flecha que vuela de día,
6 ni la peste que acecha en las sombras ni la plaga que destruye a mediodía.
7 Podrán caer mil a tu izquierda, y diez mil a tu derecha, pero a ti no te afectará.

Proverbios 18:19-24 (NVI)

19 Más resiste el hermano ofendido que una ciudad amurallada; los litigios son como cerrojos de ciudadela.
20 Cada uno se llena con lo que dice y se sacia con lo que habla.
21 En la lengua hay poder de vida y muerte; quienes la aman comerán de su fruto.
22 Quien halla esposa halla la felicidad: muestras de su favor le ha dado el Señor.
23 El pobre habla en tono suplicante; el rico responde con aspereza.
24 Hay amigos que llevan a la ruina, y hay amigos más fieles que un hermano.

19 A brother offended is harder to win than a strong city, And contentions are like the bars of a castle.

Romanos 12:14-21 (NVI)

14 Bendecid a quienes os persigan; bendecid y no maldigáis.
15 Alegraos con los que están alegres; llorad con los que lloran.
16 Vivid en armonía los unos con los otros. No seáis arrogantes, sino haceos solidarios con los humildes. No os creáis que sois los únicos que sabéis.
17 No paguéis a nadie mal por mal. Procurad hacer lo bueno delante de todos.
18 Si es posible, y en cuanto dependa de vosotros, vivid en paz con todos.
19 No os venguéis, hermanos míos, sino dejad el castigo en las manos de Dios, porque está escrito: «Mía es la venganza; yo pagaré», dice el Señor.
20 Antes bien, «Si tu enemigo tiene hambre, dale de comer;
si tiene sed, dale de beber. Actuando así, harás que se avergüence de su conducta».
21 No te dejes vencer por el mal; al contrario, vence el mal con el bien.

Romans 12:14-21 (NKJV)

14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.
15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep.
16 Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion.
17 Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men.
18 If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men.
19 Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.
20 Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; If he is thirsty, give him a drink; For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.”
21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
