Efesios 1:15-23 (NVI)
15 Por eso yo, por mi parte, desde que me enteré de la fe que tenéis en el Señor Jesús y del amor que demostráis por todos los santos,
16 no he dejado de dar gracias por vosotros al recordaros en mis oraciones.
17 Pido que el Dios de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, el Padre glorioso, os dé el Espíritu de sabiduría y de revelación, para que lo conozcáis mejor.
18 Pido también que os sean iluminados los ojos del corazón para que sepáis a qué esperanza él os ha llamado, cuál es la riqueza de su gloriosa herencia entre los santos,
19 y cuán incomparable es la grandeza de su poder a favor de los que creemos. Ese poder es la fuerza grandiosa y eficaz
20 que Dios ejerció en Cristo cuando lo resucitó de entre los muertos y lo sentó a su derecha en las regiones celestiales,
21 muy por encima de todo gobierno y autoridad, poder y dominio, y de cualquier otro nombre que se invoque, no solo en este mundo, sino también en el venidero.
22 Dios sometió todas las cosas al dominio de Cristo, y lo dio como cabeza de todo a la iglesia.
23 Esta, que es su cuerpo, es la plenitud de aquel que lo llena todo por completo.

Proverbs 31:10-13; 25-31 (NKJV)
10 Who can find a virtuous wife?
For her worth is far above rubies.
11 The heart of her husband safely trusts her;
So he will have no lack of gain.
12 She does him good and not evil
All the days of her life.
13 She seeks wool and flax,
And willingly works with her hands.

25 Strength and honor are her clothing;
She shall rejoice in time to come.
26 She opens her mouth with wisdom,
And on her tongue is the law of kindness.
27 She watches over the ways of her household,
And does not eat the bread of idleness.
28 Her children rise up and call her blessed;
Her husband also, and he praises her:
29 “Many daughters have done well,
But you excel them all.”
30 Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing,
But a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised.
31 Give her of the fruit of her hands,
And let her own works praise her in the gates.

10 Mujer ejemplar, ¿dónde se hallará?
¡Es más valiosa que las piedras preciosas!
11 Su esposo confía plenamente en ella
y no necesita de ganancias mal adquiridas.
12 Ella le es fuente de bien, no de mal,
todos los días de su vida.
13 Anda en busca de lana y de lino,
y gustosa trabaja con sus manos.

25 Se reviste de fuerza y dignidad,
y afronta segura el porvenir.
26 Cuando habla, lo hace con sabiduría;
cuando instruye, lo hace con amor.
27 Está atenta a la marcha de su hogar,
y el pan que come no es fruto del ocio.
28 Sus hijos se levantan y la felicitan;
también su esposo la alaba:
29 «Muchas mujeres han realizado proezas,
pero tú las superas a todas».
30 Engañoso es el encanto y pasajera la belleza;

Psalms 143:7-12
7 Answer me speedily, O Lord;
My spirit fails!
Do not hide Your face from me,
Lest I be like those who go down into the pit.
8 Cause me to hear Your loving-kindness in the morning,
For in You do I trust;
Cause me to know the way in which I should walk,
For I lift up my soul to You.
9 Deliver me, O Lord, from my enemies;
In You I take shelter.
10 Teach me to do Your will,

Your Spirit is good.
Lead me in the land of uprightness.

7 Respóndeme pronto, Señor,
que el aliento se me escapa.
No escondas de mí tu rostro,
o seré como los que bajan a la fosa.
8 Por la mañana hazme saber de tu gran amor,
porque en ti he puesto mi confianza.
Señálame el camino que debo seguir,
porque a ti elevo mi alma.
9 Señor, líbrame de mis enemigos,
porque en ti busco refugio.
10 Enséñame a hacer tu voluntad,
porque tú eres mi Dios.
Que tu buen Espíritu me guíe
por un terreno sin obstáculos.

John 1:6-13 (NKJV)
6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
7 This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe.
8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
9 That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world.
10 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him.
11 He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him.
12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:
13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Juan 1:6-13 (NVI)
6 Vino un hombre llamado Juan. Dios lo envió
7 como testigo para dar testimonio de la luz, a fin de que por medio de él todos creyeran.
8 Juan no era la luz, sino que vino para dar testimonio de la luz.
9 Esa luz verdadera, la que alumbra a todo ser humano, venía a este mundo.
10 El que era la luz ya estaba en el mundo y el mundo fue creado por medio de él, pero el mundo no lo reconoció.
11 Vino a lo que era suyo, pero los suyos no lo recibieron.
12 Mas a cuantos lo recibieron, a los que creen en su nombre, les dio el derecho de ser hechos hijos de Dios.
13 Estos no nacen de la sangre, ni por deseos naturales, ni por voluntad humana, sino que nacen de Dios.

Romans 8:1-9 (NKJV)
1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
3 For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh,
4 that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.
6 For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.
8 So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.

Romanos 8:1-9 (NVI)
1 Por lo tanto, ya no hay ninguna condenación para los que están unidos a Cristo Jesús,
2 pues por medio de él la ley del Espíritu de vida me ha liberado de la ley del pecado y de la muerte.
3 En efecto, la ley no pudo liberarnos porque la naturaleza pecaminosa anuló su poder; por eso Dios envió a su propio Hijo en condición semejante a nuestra condición de pecadores, para que se ofreciera en sacrificio por el pecado. Así condenó Dios al pecado en la naturaleza humana,
4 a fin de que las justas demandas de la ley se cumplieran en nosotros, que no vivimos según la naturaleza pecaminosa, sino según el Espíritu.
5 Los que viven conforme a la naturaleza pecaminosa fijan la mente en los deseos de tal naturaleza; en cambio, los que viven conforme al Espíritu fijan la mente en los deseos del Espíritu.
6 La mentalidad pecaminosa es muerte, mientras que la mentalidad que proviene del Espíritu es vida y paz.
7 La mentalidad pecaminosa es enemiga de Dios, pues no se somete a la ley de Dios, ni es capaz de hacerlo.
8 Los que viven según la naturaleza pecaminosa no pueden agradar a Dios.
9 Sin embargo, vosotros no vivís según la naturaleza pecaminosa, sino según el Espíritu, si es que el Espíritu de Dios vive en vosotros. Y, si alguno no tiene el Espíritu de Cristo, no es de Cristo.
