Psalms 16:1-11 (NKJV)
1 Preserve me, O God, for in You I put my trust.
2 O my soul, you have said to the Lord,
“You are my Lord,
My goodness is nothing apart from You.”
3 As for the saints who are on the earth,
“They are the excellent ones, in whom is all my delight.”
4 Their sorrows shall be multiplied who hasten after another god;
Their drink offerings of blood I will not offer,
Nor take up their names on my lips.
5 O Lord, You are the portion of my inheritance and my cup;
You maintain my lot.
6 The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places;
Yes, I have a good inheritance.
7 I will bless the Lord who has given me counsel;
My heart also instructs me in the night seasons.
8 I have set the Lord always before me;
Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved.
9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices;
My flesh also will rest in hope.
10 For You will not leave my soul in Sheol,
Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.
11 You will show me the path of life;
In Your presence is fullness of joy;
At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

Salmos 16:1-11 (NVI)
1 Cuídame, oh Dios, porque en ti busco refugio.
2 Yo le he dicho al Señor: «Mi Señor eres tú.
Fuera de ti, no poseo bien alguno».
3 En cuanto a los santos que están en la tierra,
son los gloriosos en quienes está toda mi delicia.
4 Aumentarán los dolores
de los que corren tras ellos.
¡Jamás derramaré sus sangrientas libaciones,
ni con mis labios pronunciaré sus nombres!
5 Tú, Señor, eres mi porción y mi copa;
eres tú quien ha afirmado mi suerte.
6 Bellos lugares me han tocado en gracia;
¡preciosa herencia me ha correspondido!
7 Bendeciré al Señor, que me aconseja;
aun de noche me reprende mi conciencia.
8 Siempre tengo presente al Señor;
con él a mi derecha, nada me hará caer.
9 Por eso mi corazón se alegra,
y se regocijan mis entrañas;
todo mi ser se llena de confianza.
10 No dejarás que mi vida termine en el sepulcro;
no permitirás que sufra corrupción tu siervo fiel.
11 Me has dado a conocer la senda de la vida;
me llenarás de alegría en tu presencia,
y de dicha eterna a tu derecha.

John 6:30-40 (NKJV)
30 Therefore they said to Him, “What sign will You perform then, that we may see it and believe You? What work will You do?
31 Our fathers ate the manna in the desert; as it is written, ‘He gave them bread from heaven to eat.’ ”
32 Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, Moses did not give you the bread from heaven, but My Father gives you the true bread from heaven.
33 For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.”
34 Then they said to Him, “Lord, give us this bread always.”
35 And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.
36 But I said to you that you have seen Me and yet do not believe.
37 All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out.
38 For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.
39 This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day.
40 And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”

Juan 6:30-40 (NVI)
30 ―¿Y qué señal harás para que la veamos y te creamos? ¿Qué puedes hacer? —insistieron ellos—.
31 Nuestros antepasados comieron el maná en el desierto, como está escrito: “Pan del cielo les dio a comer”.
32 ―Ciertamente os aseguro que no fue Moisés el que os dio el pan del cielo —afirmó Jesús—. El que da el verdadero pan del cielo es mi Padre.
33 El pan de Dios es el que baja del cielo y da vida al mundo.
34 ―Señor —le pidieron—, danos siempre ese pan.
35 ―Yo soy el pan de vida —declaró Jesús—. El que a mí viene nunca pasará hambre, y el que en mí cree nunca más volverá a tener sed.
36 Pero, como ya os dije, a pesar de que me habéis visto, no creéis.
37 Todos los que el Padre me da vendrán a mí; y al que a mí viene, no lo rechazo.
38 Porque he bajado del cielo no para hacer mi voluntad, sino la del que me envió.
39 Y esta es la voluntad del que me envió: que no pierda nada de lo que él me ha dado, sino que lo resucite en el día final.
40 Porque la voluntad de mi Padre es que todo el que reconozca al Hijo y crea en él tenga vida eterna, y yo lo resucitaré en el día final.

2 Thessalonians 3:1-5 (NKJV)
1 Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may run swiftly and be glorified, just as it is with you,
2 and that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men; for not all have faith.
3 But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. 4 And we have confidence in the Lord concerning you, both that you do and will do the things we command you.
5 Now may the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ.

II Thessalonians 3:1-5 (NVI)
1 Por último, hermanos, orad por nosotros para que el mensaje del Señor se difunda rápidamente y se reciba con honor, tal como sucedió entre vosotros. 2 Orad además para que seamos librados de personas perversas y malvadas, porque no todos tienen fe.
3 Pero el Señor es fiel, y él os fortalecerá y os protegerá del maligno.
4 En el Señor tenemos confianza en que vosotros cumplís y seguiréis cumpliendo lo que os hemos enseñado.
5 Que el Señor os lleve a amar como Dios ama, y a perseverar como Cristo perseveró.

Isaiah 53:1-5 (NKJV)
1 Who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
2 For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, And as a root out of dry ground. He has no form or comeliness; And when we see Him, there is no beauty that we should desire Him.
3 He is despised and rejected by men, a Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.
4 Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted.
5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.

Isaías 53:1-5 (NVI)
1 ¿Quién ha creído nuestro mensaje y a quién se le ha revelado el poder del Señor?
2 Creció en su presencia como vástago tierno, como raíz de tierra seca. No había en él belleza ni majestad alguna; su aspecto no era atractivo y nada en su apariencia lo hacía deseable.
3 Despreciado y rechazado por los hombres, varón de dolores, hecho para el sufrimiento. Todos evitaban mirarlo; fue despreciado, y no lo estimamos.
4 Ciertamente él cargó con nuestras enfermedades y soportó nuestros dolores, pero nosotros lo consideramos herido, golpeado por Dios, y humillado.
5 Él fue traspasado por nuestras rebeliones, y molido por nuestras iniquidades; sobre él recayó el castigo, precio de nuestra paz, y gracias a sus heridas fuimos sanados.

Psalms 24:7-10 (NKJV)
7 Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in.
8 Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle.
9 Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in.
10 Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory.
