1 Pedro 5:5-11 (NVI)
5 Así mismo, jóvenes, someteos a los ancianos. Revestíos todos de humildad en vuestro trato mutuo, porque «Dios se opone a los orgullosos, pero da gracia a los humildes».
6 Humillaos, pues, bajo la poderosa mano de Dios, para que él os exalte a su debido tiempo.
7 Depositad en él toda ansiedad, porque él cuida de vosotros.
8 Practicad el dominio propio y manteneos alerta. Vuestro enemigo el diablo ronda como león rugiente, buscando a quién devorar.
9 Resistidlo, manteniéndoos firmes en la fe, sabiendo que vuestros hermanos en todo el mundo están soportando la misma clase de sufrimientos.
10 Y, después de que hayáis sufrido un poco de tiempo, Dios mismo, el Dios de toda gracia que os llamó a su gloria eterna en Cristo, os restaurará y os hará fuertes, firmes y estables.
11 A él sea el poder por los siglos de los siglos. Amén.

I Peter 5:5-11 (NKJV)
5 Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.”
6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,
7 casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
9 Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.
10 But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.
11 To Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Hechos 2:1-4 (NVI)
1 Cuando llegó el día de Pentecostés, estaban todos juntos en el mismo lugar.
2 De repente, vino del cielo un ruido como el de una violenta ráfaga de viento y llenó toda la casa donde estaban reunidos.
3 Se les aparecieron entonces unas lenguas como de fuego que se repartieron y se posaron sobre cada uno de ellos.
4 Todos fueron llenos del Espíritu Santo y comenzaron a hablar en diferentes lenguas , según el Espíritu les concedía expresarse.

Hechos 2:14-21 (NVI)
14 Entonces Pedro, con los once, se puso de pie y dijo con voz fuerte: «Compatriotas judíos y todos vosotros que estáis en Jerusalén, dejadme explicaros lo que sucede; prestad atención a lo que os voy a decir.
15 Estos no están borrachos, como suponéis. ¡Apenas son las nueve de la mañana!
16 En realidad, lo que ocurre es lo que anunció el profeta Joel:
17 »“Sucederá que en los últimos días —dice Dios— derramaré mi Espíritu sobre todo el género humano . Vuestros hijos e hijas profetizarán, tendrán visiones los jóvenes y sueños los ancianos.
18 En esos días derramaré mi Espíritu aun sobre mis siervos y mis siervas, y profetizarán.
19 Arriba en el cielo y abajo en la tierra mostraré prodigios: sangre, fuego y nubes de humo.
20 El sol se convertirá en tinieblas y la luna en sangre antes que llegue el día del Señor, día grande y esplendoroso.
21 Y todo el que invoque el nombre del Señor será salvo”.

Hechos 2:36-39 (NVI)
36 »Por tanto, sepa bien todo Israel que a este Jesús, a quien vosotros crucificasteis, Dios lo ha hecho Señor y Mesías».
37 Cuando oyeron esto, todos se sintieron profundamente conmovidos y les dijeron a Pedro y a los otros apóstoles: ―Hermanos, ¿qué debemos hacer?
38 ― Arrepentíos y bautizaos cada uno de vosotros en el nombre de Jesucristo para perdón de vuestros pecados —les contestó Pedro—, y recibiréis el don del Espíritu Santo.
39 En efecto, la promesa es para vosotros, para vuestros hijos y para todos los extranjeros, es decir, para todos aquellos a quienes el Señor nuestro Dios quiera llamar.

15 For these are not drunk, as you suppose, since it is only the third hour of the day.
16 But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:
17 ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams.
18 And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; And they shall prophesy.
19 I will show wonders in heaven above And signs in the earth beneath: Blood and fire and vapor of smoke.
20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord .
21 And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved.’

Acts 2:36-39 (NKJV)
36 “Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.”
37 Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Men and brethren, what shall we do?”
38 Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
39 For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.”

1 »No os angustiéis. Confiad en Dios, confiad también en mí.
2 En el hogar de mi Padre hay muchas viviendas; si no fuera así, ya os lo habría dicho. Voy a prepararos un lugar.
3 Y, si me voy y os lo preparo, vendré para llevaros conmigo. Así estaréis donde yo esté.
4 Vosotros ya conocéis el camino para ir a donde yo voy».
5 Dijo entonces Tomás: ―Señor, no sabemos a dónde vas, así que ¿cómo podemos conocer el camino?
6 ―Yo soy el camino, la verdad y la vida —le contestó Jesús—. Nadie llega al Padre sino por mí.
7 Si realmente me conocierais, conoceríais también a mi Padre. Y ya desde este momento lo conocéis y lo habéis visto.

Mateo 5:1-12 (NVI)
1 Cuando vio a las multitudes, subió a la ladera de una montaña y se sentó. Sus discípulos se le acercaron,
2 y, tomando él la palabra, comenzó a enseñarles diciendo:
3 « Dichosos los pobres en espíritu, porque el reino de los cielos les pertenece.
4 Dichosos los que lloran, porque serán consolados.
5 Dichosos los humildes, porque recibirán la tierra como herencia.
6 Dichosos los que tienen hambre y sed de justicia, porque serán saciados.
7 Dichosos los compasivos, porque serán tratados con compasión.
8 Dichosos los de corazón limpio, porque ellos verán a Dios.
9 Dichosos los que trabajan por la paz, porque serán llamados hijos de Dios.
10 Dichosos los perseguidos por causa de la justicia, porque el reino de los cielos les pertenece.
11 »Dichosos seréis cuando por mi causa la gente os insulte, os persiga y levante contra vosotros toda clase de calumnias.
12 Alegraos y llenaos de júbilo, porque os espera una gran recompensa en el cielo. Así también persiguieron a los profetas que os precedieron.

Matthew 5:1-12 (NKJV)
1 And seeing the multitudes, He went up on a mountain, and when He was seated His disciples came to Him.
2 Then He opened His mouth and taught them, saying:
3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4 Blessed are those who mourn, For they shall be comforted.
5 Blessed are the meek, For they shall inherit the earth.
6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.
7 Blessed are the merciful, For they shall obtain mercy.
8 Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.
9 Blessed are the peacemakers, For they shall be called sons of God.
10 Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11 Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake.
12 Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”

Juan 20:19-23 (NVI)
19 Al atardecer de aquel primer día de la semana, estando reunidos los discípulos a puerta cerrada por temor a los judíos, entró Jesús y, poniéndose en medio de ellos, los saludó. ―¡La paz sea con vosotros!
20 Dicho esto, les mostró las manos y el costado. Al ver al Señor, los discípulos se alegraron.
21 ―¡La paz sea con vosotros! —repitió Jesús—. Como el Padre me envió a mí, así yo os envío a vosotros.
22 Acto seguido, sopló sobre ellos y les dijo: ―Recibid el Espíritu Santo.
23 A quienes perdonéis sus pecados, les serán perdonados; a quienes no se los perdonéis, no les serán perdonados.

John 20:19-23 (NKJV)
19 Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, “Peace be with you.”
20 When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord.
21 So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”
22 And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit.
23 If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.”
