Mateo 6:25-34 (NVI)
25 »Por eso os digo: No os preocupéis por vuestra vida, qué comeréis o beberéis; ni por vuestro cuerpo, cómo os vestiréis. ¿No tiene la vida más valor que la comida, y el cuerpo más que la ropa?
26 Fijaos en las aves del cielo: no siembran ni cosechan ni almacenan en graneros; sin embargo, el Padre celestial las alimenta. ¿No valéis vosotros mucho más que ellas?
27 ¿Quién de vosotros, por mucho que se preocupe, puede añadir una sola hora al curso de su vida?
28 »¿Y por qué os preocupáis por el vestido? Observad cómo crecen los lirios del campo. No trabajan ni hilan;
29 sin embargo, os digo que ni siquiera Salomón, con todo su esplendor, se vestía como uno de ellos.
30 Si así viste Dios a la hierba que hoy está en el campo y mañana es arrojada al horno, ¿no hará mucho más por vosotros, gente de poca fe?
31 Así que no os preocupéis diciendo: “¿Qué comeremos?” o “¿Qué beberemos?” o “¿Con qué nos vestiremos?”
32 Los paganos andan tras todas estas cosas, pero el Padre celestial sabe que necesitáis de todo esto.
33 Más bien, buscad primeramente el reino de Dios y su justicia, y todas estas cosas os serán añadidas.
34 Por lo tanto, no os angustiéis por el mañana, el cual tendrá sus propios afanes. Cada día tiene ya sus problemas.

1 Corinthians 5:12-19 (NJKV)
12 For we do not commend ourselves again to you, but give you opportunity to boast on our behalf, that you may have an answer for those who boast in appearance and not in heart.
13 For if we are beside ourselves, it is for God; or if we are of sound mind, it is for you.
14 For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died;
15 and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.
16 Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer.
17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,
19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

2 Corintios 5:12-19 (NVI)
12 No nos recomendamos otra vez a vosotros, sino que os damos oportunidad de estar orgullosos de nosotros, para que tengáis respuesta para los que se jactan en las apariencias y no en el corazón.
13 Porque si estamos locos, es para Dios; y si estamos cuerdos, es para vosotros.
14 Pues el amor de Cristo nos apremia, habiendo llegado a esta conclusión: que uno murió por todos, por consiguiente, todos murieron;
15 y por todos murió, para que los que viven, ya no vivan para sí, sino para aquel que murió y resucitó por ellos.
16 De manera que nosotros de ahora en adelante ya no conocemos a nadie según la carne; aunque hemos conocido a Cristo según la carne, sin embargo, ahora ya no le conocemos así.
17 De modo que si alguno está en Cristo, nueva criatura es; las cosas viejas pasaron; he aquí, son hechas nuevas.
18 Y todo esto procede de Dios, quien nos reconcilió consigo mismo por medio de Cristo, y nos dio el ministerio de la reconciliación;
19 esto es, que, en Cristo, Dios estaba reconciliando al mundo consigo mismo, no tomándole en cuenta sus pecados y encargándonos a nosotros el mensaje de la reconciliación.

Malachi 4:1-6 (NKJV)
1 “For behold, the day is coming,
Burning like an oven,
And all the proud, yes, all who do wickedly will be stubble.
And the day which is coming shall burn them up,”
Says the Lord of hosts,
“That will leave them neither root nor branch.
2 But to you who fear My name
The Sun of Righteousness shall arise
With healing in His wings;
And you shall go out
And grow fat like stall-fed calves.
3 You shall trample the wicked,
For they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet
On the day that I do this,”
Says the Lord of hosts.
4 “Remember the Law of Moses, My servant,
Which I commanded him in Horeb for all Israel,
With the statutes and judgments.
5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet
Before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.
6 And he will turn
The hearts of the fathers to the children,
And the hearts of the children to their fathers,
Lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.”

Malaquías 4:1-6 (NVI)
1 »Mirad, ya viene el día, ardiente como un horno. Todos los soberbios y todos los malvados serán como paja, y aquel día les prenderá fuego hasta dejarlos sin raíz ni rama —dice el Señor Todopoderoso—.
2 Pero para vosotros que teméis mi nombre, se levantará el sol de justicia trayendo en sus rayos salud. Y saldréis saltando como becerros recién alimentados.
3 El día que yo actúe, pisotearéis a los malvados, y bajo vuestros pies quedarán hechos polvo —dice el Señor Todopoderoso—.
4 »Acordaos de la ley de mi siervo Moisés. Recordad los preceptos y las leyes que le di en Horeb para todo Israel.
5 »Voy a enviaros al profeta Elías antes que llegue el día del Señor, día grande y terrible.
6 Él hará que los padres se reconcilien con sus hijos y los hijos con sus padres, y así no vendré a herir la tierra con destrucción total».
